Upper Kern Muddy?
Posted: Thu Oct 21, 2010 7:20 amThe recent rains appear to have missed the Kern Valley that have soaked the LA area and SJ Valley. Has the inevitable soot/ash inflow with the first good rains begun yet? I hear that 3 weeks ago the river was looking/smelling nasty for a few days.
