Fish plants on the Kern

I have checked the DFG site and it shows the Upper Kern is scheduled for weekly plants. I know that scheduled plants and actually stocking are two different things. Is the upper Kern getting stocked every week?
I would love to get to Limestone/Brush Creek for some fishing.

Yes, they've begun planting on weekly schedule.

That is good news. I just ran up to Lone Pine just to wet a line. The Kern is much more appealing right now
I read that DFG will only stock Kern River Rainbows above Fairview dam. Can anyone confirm this?
