Hello All,
The link below will take you to an article by Steve Merlo in the Bakersfield Californian. The whole article is very enlightening, but half way down where it leads "DFG TROUT ISSUE" may drastically affect us all. This one could be far more detrimental to our love for fishing and outdoor recreation than any campground fees, lake levels, trash, or dam condition issues. We don't know where, or how, we can voice our concerns yet but we're just now finding out about this latest issue. Got us turning in all directions for survival now.
