Has anyone hunted the deer in the Greenhorn area. I talked to an old Kern local (Steve Albers) and he said he had some luck up there ten years ago. Any scouting been done up there this year? Kind of tough to get out and scout since I live in Torrance.

The most popular area in D8 on opening weekend. That is all I can say. There will be tons of people in the area. They do tag deer out of the area but hunting pressure will be way up.

Thanks for the Reply Brian. I'll probably go the last weekend of the season or the one before. It always a zoo on opener. I don't want to get shot.
