Many trophies being planted

Postby flyboy » Fri Jul 08, 2016 9:59 pm

The Upper Kern River flows are falling fast and river temperatures are rising too. They will have to empty the hatchery soon so that means a lot of 4 lb trout will be planted soon along with other regular sized planters. See Steve Merlo's article in the Bakersfield Californian dated 7/8/16.

The last trophies were planted 2 weeks ago. No more until next year or later. Google "Fishstock" to learn about fundraiser on Labor Day weekend at the rodeo grounds.
