new boards first report

[FISH ON]

went today to the lower Kern and lots of heat,people,wind. water still high but did drop from 1500cfs last week to 1200 cfs today. fishing still slow but i managed to land 3 smallies and a nice bow on a rattle trap(a first for me) pattern of the day fish slow in eddys . i know the pic $ucks. as im driving home im thinking that the death tally board and all the flashing signs saying stay out of the river aren't working because every turn out had multi swimmers. maybe we ditch the flashing signs and right next to the death tally board put up a 4x8ft autopsy photo of every victim. 242+ 4x8 pics would get some attention!!!
