Fishing

I was just up at the Kern the 11th & 12th and the river and fishing were both excellent. Very sad that homes were lost in the fire. What concerns me now is that the residents of the area just got a boost by the restart of planting and good snow melt that I'm sure helps the struggling economic situation. How bad will the Bull fire hurt these folks. Have not seen any info on how the fire is impacting the river itself, is the fire all the way to the river? info anyone. Good Luck and God Bless the Kern.
