River flow looks low for this time of year

Just checked the flows, down to 670cfs! I haven't ever seen it that low this time of year. I've always liked to fish the upper Kern when the flow is 800-1000 cfs. I wonder what it'll be like in July or August? I'm planning a day trip in a couple of weeks, I'll give an update when I return.
